Varex Company started the construction of new distribution, service, spare parts, sales, and training complex at Trakia highway to the Stryama river. The first sod of the construction was made in the presence of partners of the company – Ivan Maslarov, Elisaveta Markova, and Georgi Pankov and Commercial Director of the company Philip Lazarov. Among the official guests were the Mayor of Kalekovets village Kolo Milanov and Plamen Petkov – Chairman of Municipality Council in Municipality Maritza “, Plovdiv, launched the construction by breaking a bottle of champagne.

Mrs. Markova, in times of economic crisis, how have Varex company decided to start building a new center?
Construction of a complex building has long been planned and this is a part of our strategy to develop Varex to the high criteria of European standards. The mere fact that we have franchise brands such as Challenger, Simba, Capello, Seppi, and Goizin makes us build a complex like this.
What is the investment of the project?
According to preliminary estimates, the investment is estimated at 2,5 million euros.
What is the purpose of the center?
The complex will be a central base for the distribution of Varex for the range of machines we offer. This will be our central warehouse of spare parts, repair cells for the preparation of the machines before delivery to the customer. There will be a showroom, offices and conference, and study halls. Our wish is the home of Varex to become a favorite home for Bulgarian farmers.
Where will be the centre located and how big will it be?
The location of the database is consistent with easy access for customers across the country. It is located on 136th kilometer of the Trakia highway, left to Stryama River over an area of 10 ha, complex is built on 2 acres.
When can we expect the opening of the new center of Varex?
The completion date on optimistic forecasts and promises of the builders will be in April. On April 15, 2010, Varex company is getting 17 years since its foundation, and we would be happy to celebrate our new home along with current and future clients and friends of Varex Company.
Are you planning to expand of trade and service network of Varex Company in other regions of the country?
As I said in the beginning, our company’s plans are ambitious and building a network of similar facilities in the country is a necessary and obligatory condition. Our clients are very demanding, for which we thank them, and our goal is to be closer to them with a range of quality services which they deserve.
