The data provided by you is processed with the following deadlines:
Data in connection with the collection and verification of accounting data and compliance with accounting – accounting records and financial statements, including documents for tax control, audit and subsequent financial inspections is stored for 10 years from January 1st of the reported period.
As a rule, we store your personal data for up to 5 years after submitting the application. You can always ask us to delete certain information and we will respond to this request by retaining certain information when applicable law or legitimate interests require.
Your rights regarding your personal data
Right of access – at any time you have the right to request information about your personal data that we store. You can contact us and based on a written request and verification of your identity, the data will be provided to you.
Right to correct inaccurate personal data
You have the right to request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect, including supplementing incomplete personal data. You can do this by contacting us with a written request, and after proper verification of your identity.
Right of deletion (“Right to be forgotten”)
In the following cases:

– Withdrawal of consent when processing is based on consent;
– Illegal data processing;
– Legal obligation to delete.
The right to be forgotten is not an absolute right and may not be respected in the cases provided by law or due to lack of proper identification of your identity.
Right to limit processing

– the accuracy of the data is disputed, for the period in which its accuracy must be verified;
– the processing of data is without legal basis, but instead of deleting it, you want its limited processing;
– if necessary, the data for the establishment, exercise or protection of your legal claims
– an objection has been lodged against the processing of the data, pending verification that the controller’s grounds are lawful
In the event of a correction, deletion or restriction of processing, we will notify any recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed, unless this is impossible or requires a disproportionate effort.
Right of portability of machine readable data
